The scheme transformed the site with a full demolition and rebuild, creating a modern, multi-purpose development. The 15,000 sqft church was redeveloped with contemporary features, while 23,000 sqft of affordable housing introduced stylish, accessible homes. The project also included a 2,700 sqft external plant, bin, and cycle store, enhancing the site’s functionality. Through strategic planning and seamless execution, the project was successfully approved and delivered for the Dolphin Foundation.
