The demolition of an existing commercial building was needed to make way for a contemporary, detached residential development by John Taylor Homes. The team oversaw the creation of 65 private and 28 affordable apartments, incorporating high-quality timber framing and modern design throughout, alongside underground parking and commercial areas on the ground floor.
