High-end luxury apartment block located in the heart of St John’s Wood.
This project involved the demolition of a petrol station and apartment block, followed by site decontamination and the construction of a detached complex with 27 high-end apartments. The development achieved a total floor area of 55,000 sqft for the apartments and 89,000 sqft, including communal and recreational spaces. Bordered by railway lines, a canal, and a main road, it required careful planning and smart design to create a premium living space in a busy urban setting.
