A modern transformation of Clerkenwell Close, turning the 1980s four-storey building into high-quality office space with sleek amenities, landscaped terraces and a stylish mansard roof extension, enhancing the charm and character of the Clerkenwell Green conservation area.
The building was refurbished and extended into a bright, contemporary office space with a focus on wellbeing and sustainability. A striking rear extension and mansard roof added both character and space, while landscaped terraces created shared outdoor areas for tenants. Upgrades to the building included a modern heating and cooling system, a bike store with showers and lockers and capacity for future server room cooling, ensuring it meets modern workplace standards.
