A comprehensive refurbishment of the Moorgate office building, transforming it into a prime flagship office space with a rooftop extension and external gardens.
The building, located in a conservation area, underwent a complete overhaul from the ground up. The office spaces were rebuilt to Cat A standards, with Cat B finishes applied to shared communal areas, offering flexible space for either one large tenant or separate self-contained units on each floor. A rooftop extension was approved and added alongside the creation of external gardens. The project was delivered on budget, with careful planning and attention to detail throughout all phases.
