Situated in a well-established residential area of Kensington, Gloucester Walk is an extensive and highly personalised reworking of a classic four-bedroom heritage townhouse, designed as a long-term home for a private client and their family.
Currently in construction, the scheme involves a complete internal remodelling, a sensitive basement conversion, and a series of new-build extensions. The project strikes a careful balance between preserving the building’s historic character and introducing contemporary functionality, tailored to modern family life.
Pantelli were appointed in July 2025 as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyors, guiding the project through its delivery phase. With its heritage context and bespoke brief, the house is being crafted with meticulous attention to detail to create a thoughtfully updated home within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
