A collection of historic buildings along Mile End Road transformed into a dynamic mixed-use space, seamlessly blending residential, commercial and café environments.
Strategic demolition and structural alterations redefined the layout, making way for seven contemporary residential units while preserving the character of the four-storey buildings. Thoughtful extensions and refurbishments introduced modern office spaces and a vibrant café, creating a 25,000 sq ft development that enhances both function and community appeal.
