Breathing new life into a historic site, the project seamlessly blended modern architecture with cultural preservation. An industrial unit was demolished to make way for a striking five-storey office building, featuring 12,000 sq/ft of premium workspace and a 3,000 sq/ft ground-floor exhibition dedicated to Shakespeare and Elizabethan theatre. Collaborating with the V&A Museum and Hackney Borough Council, the project also enhanced the public realm with a revitalised street frontage, creating a dynamic space where history and innovation converge.
