This existing 1930s three-storey apartment complex in Clapham was enhanced with a rooftop extension, adding seven new residential apartments, increasing the total floor area by approximately 5,000 sqft.
The team delivered a high-quality living space by adding an additional floor to the existing apartment block, creating seven self-contained residential apartments. Working closely with the developer client, the rooftop extension was thoughtfully designed and constructed to seamlessly integrate with the original building. The result was a modern, spacious addition that not only enhanced the property’s overall value but also provided premium living in a highly desirable part of Clapham.
